Hello Folks, 

Welcome to July 2020! MAN has it been one heck of a weird first half of the year. While live 4th of July celebrations look like it may be restricted to "virtual" or in other words just online, We in the real estate industry still have much to be thankful for. The industry is thriving and properties are still moving...and quickly. 

I'm keeping this post short. I just wanted to introduce myself and this blog. You might have read my profile, but my name is Gary Ricker. I own Searchers Inspections, a home inspection firm. I'm a Professional Home Inspector, a former realtor, and I'm fascinated with the real estate industry and in particular the properties themselves. Overall though, I'm happy to be in this industry, an industry that continually thrives with the ups and downs in the economy.
